Technical Features

• Normally Closed (NC) Contact: Equipped with an internal thermal mechanism operating via an NC contact to control heating circuits and regulate ambient temperatures effectively.

• Integrated Rocker Switch: Features an auxiliary rocker switch built directly into the centre plate, enabling additional manual switching functions or operational mode toggling.

• Rotary Temperature Dial: Includes a precision-calibrated rotational dial with clear numerical markings for easy, manual temperature set-point adjustment.

• Berker R.1 and R.3 Compatibility: Engineered to fit seamlessly into the mounting frames and aesthetic guidelines of the Berker R.1 and R.3 design ranges.

• Black Glossy Finish: Styled in a high-gloss, premium black surface treatment that resists fading and matches modern interior décor standards.

Applications

• Residential Climate Control: Ideal for managing underfloor heating systems, electric wall heaters, or zone-based HVAC actuators in homes and apartments.

• Commercial Office Spaces: Deployed in private offices or meeting rooms to provide occupants with localized, manual climate adjustment capabilities.

• Hotel Rooms & Hospitality: Used in hospitality environments where reliable, straightforward mechanical temperature control and aesthetic consistency are required.

Buyer Guidance

• Verify HVAC System Compatibility: Ensure your heating system or actuator setup is compatible with a normally closed (NC) thermostat configuration and switching load requirements.

• Check Design Line Coordination: Confirm that your surrounding switch frames and cover plates match the Berker R.1 or R.3 series to preserve design continuity.

• Professional Electrical Installation: Because room thermostats integrate directly with mains voltage heating supplies or control wiring, installation by a qualified electrician is strongly recommended.
